Back to the study grind

We hope you’re doing well and ready to tackle another year of studying. We know it can be tough getting back into the swing of things after a break but remember that you’ve got this!

Here are a few tips to help make the transition a little smoother: 

 

Get organised – Create a schedule or to-do list to keep yourself on track. Check out Trace Academia and make a list of the certificates you want to complete this year. 

 

Get back into a routine – Schedule time for tasks that you need to do and have a set bedtime and wake-up time. Try stick to these as much as possible.  

 

Take care of yourself – Make sure to eat well, exercise, and get enough sleep. 

 

Be prepared – Get everything you need before each study session so you’re not scrambling about at the last minute. Remember that by failing to plan, you are preparing to fail. 

 

Pause and play – It’s important to balance work and play, so don’t forget to make some time for yourself and the things you enjoy. 

Remember, it’s normal to feel a little overwhelmed at the start of a new study year, but with a little bit of planning and organisation, you’ll be able to get back on the grind and smash your study goals.
