Holi-yay! – Go out and play

It’s finally here! The holiday season – fun times, family, friends and foood! You’ve worked so hard this year, it’s time to go out and play.   Ever noticed how quickly holidays seem to go by? It feels like time is magically fast forwarded and before you know it, play time is over. It goes by even faster when you don’t have anything to do. Save yourself the chest pains that come with a “wasted holiday”.    The secret to memorable holidays is proper planning. Once you have your plan in place, it’s time to have a good time because you aren’t here for a long time.    Not sure what to do? Here are some things to do without breaking the bank:  

• Catch up with friends over some drinks, food or coffee at a new spot or one you’ve     been meaning to check out.
• Go sightseeing: you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the hidden gems in and around your   area.
• Plan a family get together or getaway (No, not the Maldives!).
• Start a learning tag challenge: complete a course on Trace Academia and nominate a   friend to complete one too within 10-days.
• Go nature bathing: walk, run or hike at a nature reserve or relax under some trees.

There is so much more you can do, just make sure you plan and follow through on your  holiday plans this year/ Have fun and play hard.
